Forming a high performing team out of a group of individuals working across different timezones is not an easy feat, but that’s where I thrive.
Recently, I’ve designed, led and implemented Ways of Working principles & Meeting Strategy & Cadence for a global, fully remote team at Innov8rs.
TEAM OFF-SITES & WORKSHOPS
Bespoke program design & facilitation of team off-sites is where magic happens. My approach can be described as emphatic and inviting – yet pragmatic and easy to implement and operationalize. I use elements from Liberating Structures, arts & my intuitive insights, always balancing company objectives and individual needs, whilst leaving teams highly engaged and committed to the company mission.
I’ve so far designed and facilitated team development experiences in Bahrain, Croatia, Slovenia, Oman, Portugal, UK & Switzerland.

A GLOBAL SOUL, SERENDIPITY SEEKER & ART ENTHUSIAST
Always on the social side of a business and in international environments, be it managing strategic partnerships, curating and facilitating events/workshops and outreach activities, I find a great joy in creating things from scratch and seeing businesses and people grow.
After graduating with a degree in communications and media I started my career in international leadership development space with AIESEC as communications manager, organisational development project manager and soft skills facilitator before moving onto new venture business development where I lead outreach and stakeholder management activities for an Oman based family office and business conglomerate with projects in trading, oil and gas services, facility management, logistics and infrastructure space.
Following that experiences I moved to a startup, becoming a member of the founding team of Startup Oman building Oman’s first one stop shop platform and community for entrepreneurs. Fast forward I continue to work with small businesses, startups and startup ecosystem organisations helping them design and deliver programmes and content that connects with and serves their audiences.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Work should be deeply rooted in integrity, growth and joy.
Often in positions of bridging the gap between an organisation and its market, the ability to understand different businesses and align to it comes very naturally to me.
Driven by a genuine curiosity and interest in world at large, I’ve so far lived and worked in Bahrain, Oman, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and Spain, worked with organisations from USA, UK all the way to the UAE and traveled to over 35 countries. The experience has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally developing a strong sense of cross-cultural awareness and ability to communicate with clarity, collaborate with empathy and problem solve with diverse stakeholder groups, not in theory but in practice and more often than not ad-hoc.
I currently work remotely as a freelancer focused on shaping teams & culture of remote global organisations. I’m the co-founder at Beautiful Work Lives - a global collective of professionals across countries and cultures with a shared ethos. We build bridges across the world of work to co-create a beautiful work life that is inspiring, healing, and human-centric. Read more about our research and its findings here.
An avid runner, I enjoy walks in nature, abstract art, acrylic painting and occasionally I dip my toes into acting, online drama and singing.
